On April 1, the Southwest Florida Chapter hosted the inaugural PR Pro Bono Day for the benefit of nonprofit organizations. Over 50 representatives from area agencies attended the half-day seminar where they heard 18 professionals discuss a range of subjects: PR 101; How to Write a Press Release; Talking to the Media; Special Events; PR Budgeting & Measurement and Social Media & Blogging.
